Terms & Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your engagement of MSK Media, a division of MSK Signs & Printing Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“MSK,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), and Our digital marketing products and services. If you have additional questions or require more information about this Agreement, do not hesitate to contact us.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ENGAGING MSK MEDIA, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH OUR SERVICES.


We reserve the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All revisions are effective immediately upon posting or communication. Continued use of our services after any changes implies your acceptance.

Service Description and Scope

MSK Media is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency offering custom-built marketing strategies tailored to your brand’s needs. The following services are covered under these Terms:

  1. Digital Marketing Services:
    • Social media marketing (strategy, content creation, management, scheduling, engagement)
    • Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
    • Email campaigns
    • Marketing automation
    • Analytics and reporting
  2. Creative Services:
    • Brand design (logos, color palette, identity guides)
    • Graphic content (social posts, flyers, menus, etc.)
    • Video content (short-form and long-form)
    • Website development (landing pages, basic sites, WordPress integration)
    • Marketing collateral for digital platforms
  3. Consultation & Strategy:
    • Brand positioning
    • Content planning
    • Funnel & automation consultation
    • Ad performance audits

Order Process

When you place an order with MSK Media, you enter into a service contract with us. The order must include the defined scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and agreed budget. Orders may be placed through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Social media DMs
  • Discovery calls
  • Other communication platforms mutually agreed upon

All verbal or written confirmations are considered binding.

Payment, Terms & Late Fees

 

    1. General:
      • All pricing is quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
      • Projects under $1000 require 100% upfront payment.
      • Projects above $1000 may qualify for 50/50 or 60/40 payment plans, at MSK’s discretion.
      • Final payment is due upon project completion or prior to final delivery.
      • Payment methods accepted: credit card, ACH transfer, Zelle, PayPal (fees may apply), or bank deposit.

  1. Late Fees:
    • Projects may be paused or withheld if payments are overdue.

Project Timeline, Revisions & Delivery

  • Projects begin after confirmation of scope, timeline, and upfront payment.
  • Client delays in feedback or approvals may result in timeline extensions.
  • Each project includes 2–3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional rounds incur extra fees.
  • Final files are shared after the balance is cleared.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Clients retain full rights to all final deliverables once full payment is received.
  • MSK reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, or social platforms unless the client explicitly requests a confidentiality clause in writing.
  • Drafts and rejected concepts remain the property of MSK.

Content Responsibility & Approvals

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing or ad launch.
  • Once a design, video, or caption is approved, MSK is not liable for typos, errors, or missed edits.
  • Clients supplying their own content (logos, visuals, copy, etc.) assume all responsibility for ownership, accuracy, and copyright compliance.

Digital Ads & Platform Limitations

  1. MSK Media is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) including:
    • Ad rejections
    • Account bans
    • Algorithm changes
    • Delayed performance results
  2. MSK is not liable for platform-related downtime or underperformance caused by third-party issues.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

  1. All deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
  2. In the case of cancellation:
    • If no work has started, a refund of up to 80% may be issued.
    • If work has started, the refund will be prorated based on completed tasks.
    • No refund is issued once ad campaigns go live, or final assets have been delivered.

Rush Fees & Urgent Requests

Projects requested with expedited turnaround times may incur a rush fee, to be quoted based on urgency and scope.

Confidentiality & NDAs

  • We treat your business and marketing data with confidentiality.
  • If required, MSK Media will sign an NDA upon mutual agreement to protect trade secrets and sensitive information.

Marketing Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotions and discounts are only valid within the stated time frame and are not retroactively applicable.
  • Offers do not apply to taxes, platform fees, or third-party costs.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Results Disclaimer

Through our online programs, memberships and certain packages we provide guidance, strategies and advice to help build your business through digital marketing and advertising. While we are proud of the results that we achieve for our clients under management – each and every business is drastically different. As such, what works for us or our clients may not work for you. While we share our utmost best advice to help you build your business, we have no control over whether you act on that advice and thousands of other factors that influence the potential growth (or decline) of your business. By consuming any of our content or joining any of our programs, you agree that success comes down to years and years of hard work and putting in the time, effort and focus required to achieve a specific result and that this effort is the difference between those who make it and those who don’t.

No Guarantees

The user acknowledges that no guarantees (explicit or implied) have been made by RHD, its employees, partners or affiliates in regards to future business growth or outcomes that may be experienced as a result of purchasing RHD packages, training programs, online education or membership subscriptions.

Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to mediation or legal action in Harris County, Texas.
